Analytics Enablement Suite
Built an enablement layer for an enterprise analytics ecosystem—unifying access to tools, accelerating developer onboarding, and scaling knowledge-sharing through marketplace and workspace patterns.
Project Overview
In parallel with core analytics modernization, teams needed a scalable way to (1) discover and access tools, (2) reduce onboarding time for developers working in constrained environments, and (3) preserve domain knowledge that typically takes months to learn.
I led product direction and UX strategy for an enablement suite that included:
- An Application Marketplace + Analyst Workspace to centralize tools and workflows
- A Knowledge Hub to support training and cross-team knowledge sharing
- A Developer Experience boilerplate to standardize UI, deployment patterns, and onboarding
Together, these capabilities reduced friction across the ecosystem and set standards for consistency across seven software development teams.
